Our kitchen team and two executive chefs welcome you. The combination of regional cuisine, prepared fresh daily and a monastic tradition offers pure culinary delight in our monastery hotel restaurant or in the cosy “Klosterkrug” restaurant.
The monastic kitchen pays particularly attention to the considerate approach to nature and its products. We therefore purchase natural and healthy products preferably from our region.
On special requests we can also provide special dining experiences. From fine dining to large banquets, we can cater up to 3,000 people and plan the right package for you. Events for smaller parties are also possible, celebrate in our hotel bar “Non(n)sens”, in the fireplace room or in the grounds.
Our modern monastery hotel restaurant with a difference, with up to 200 seats in different rooms, for example:
· 65 seats in the cloister
· 70 seats in the fireplace room
· 200 seats on the nuns' gallery
